The dedicated grease has been loaded before leaving factory ,th e shell is sealed up for waterproof.
Notes to users
All series of gear operator have round hole,squarehole and other special shaped hole for use rs'selectionand can be machined as customers'special requirements.
When choose this series of product,please pay attention to keep coupling dimension in According with the corresponding dimension of valve. If any special requirement ,point out in the order please.
When installation ,please turn the indicator board of this device and the valve to be the CLOSE position in order to keep them harmonized.
Valve CLOSE when turn hand wheel clockwise and OPEN when turn hand wheel counter clockwise as usually custom.
Installing procedure
First check whether the inner hole of worm gear,the keyway and the flange of the housing in according with the stem ,key and the mounting flange plate of the valve body.
Install the device on the valve after check correctly.
The needle of the indicator can point the posit ion of the operator in the CLOSE and OPEN by rotating the hand wheel and adjust the limit stop screw.
Maintenance
Do not operate the device at the exceed rating condition.
A periodic check,every year should be made to determine condition of the lubricant.

Series ZLYJ decelerator is a drive with high-precision and hard tooth surface and thrust bearing designed to match with screw extruder. It is designed according to the specification in code ZBJ19009-88, featured with high-strength alloy steels for gear wheel and shaft parts. The gear is treated with carburation, quenching and gear grinding. Gear wheel precision is GB10095-88, class 6. Tooth surface hardness is HRC54-62. A thrust bearing with over-specificaiton is mounted on the front end of the hollow output shaft to carry back backblow of screw. Domesic quality products are selected for the standard parts such as bearing and oil seal that may also use inported products as requir ed by customer. The whole unit is compact, has high carry capacity, provide stable drive with low noise and high efficiency. The performance of this products is up to the advanced level and a good substitute for imported products of the same kind.
